Kindergarten students at Verne W. Critz Elementary School recently learned about bicycle and car safety as part of a Teddy Bear Clinic sponsored by Stony Brook University Children’s Hospital Trauma Center. They also had the opportunity to diagnose their bears with an injury and treat them with bandages.
