May 2022 Activity Calendar

  • There is an important StuCo meeting on May 17 in 105.  Class Olympics are Friday, May 20th at 4:00 out on the turf field.  Make sure to see your class advisors or class officers for class color or other information.  If you want to watch, you can sit in the bleachers to cheer for your grade.  Join the fun!!
  • Elections for Class Officers will be next Wednesday, Thursday and Friday in your Grade-level Google Classroom. Please look for the link to the Google Form. Elections will be for Historian Class of 2023 and President Class of 2024.
  • Ladies, if you’re still looking for a cotillion or prom dress, shoes or guys if you need a suit, PLEASE come to room 105 after school from this Wednesday May 18 through May 25 to come check out some FREE and beautiful selections!
  •  BHS-TV is filming a version of Jubilee’s Spectrum and we want you to volunteer. This is a fun way to get involved!!! Come to the auditorium Thursday May 19th at 2pm! We will have refreshments for participants. Juniors - Be sure to check your administrative Google Classroom for information about cotillion. Ticket prices and permissions have been posted!
  • Seniors- If you are in theater, music or dance please stop by the main office to pick up the Scholarship applications.
  • Attn Seniors-please go to your Guidance Google Classroom and fill out the Graduation with Distinction Google form. All departments are listed on the one application. Indicate which department you want to apply for. You must meet all criteria listed to be awarded Graduation with Distinction.
  • It’s BACK! The student volleyball tournament is coming on May 24th from 6-9 pm!! Come get a team registration form from Ms. Hoffman in 105 or Mrs. Watson in 260.  There are only 10 spots for co-ed teams of all grades, so get yours in quickly.  Rosters must be in by May 17th, first come, first served.
  • Seniors- The Jen Mejia Scholarship is due by May 21st. If you would like to apply for this scholarship please stop by the main office or see Ms. Hoffman in room 105 for more information.
  • Clipper cash raffles are in the main office. Bring your clipper cash to the main office and remember to write your name on the back before dropping it off in the bag.  Raffles include senior prom ticket, cotillion ticket, VIP parking, Yearbook and Dunkin Donut Gift Card.
  • National Honor Society is hosting a Blood Drive on Thursday May 19th. Check your grade level google classroom to sign up to donate!
  • Class of 2023 will be having a pizza sale this Friday in the West Commons! Two dollars a slice - hope to see you there!
  • Seniors - Information about Senior Prom has been posted in your administrative Google Classroom. Senior Prom Letter, Prom Permission Slip, and Letter of Good Standing.
  • Any student interested in summer work through the Department of Labor please see Ms. Gerolami for an application.
