As we do each year, COMPASS Unity Coalition will be participating in Red Ribbon Week... an alcohol, tobacco and other drug and violence prevention awareness campaign observed annually each October. Red Ribbon Week began as a tribute to fallen DEA special agent Enrique Camerena in 1985.
