Parent Portal Assistance

In its commitment to improving educational performance and District communications, the South Country Central School District utilizes both the eSchool Parent Portal and Blackboard Connect-Ed Parent / Community Portals to enhance communication between school and home.

Instructions

The eSchool Parent Portal allows parents to access their child’s academic progress and attendance in each of their classes. Parents may view schedules, progress reports, report cards, and attendance.  

eSchool Parent Portal Registration InstructionsCreate your account online

  • Before you begin, you will need to know your child's student ID.
  • Click on the link below to create a new account. https://parentportal.eschooldata.com/southcountry
  • ClickPARENT PORTAL REGISTRATION at the bottom of the box.
  • Enter the requested information to create your account on the portal. You must create a username, input an email address, and a password as well as an authentication question. Click CREATE ACCOUNT INFORMATION at the bottom of the page.

Next, fill out information on the next two tabs to complete the registration process. All fields must be completed. 

Wait for verificationPlease allow 1-2 business days for the parent portal team to verify your information and validate your account.  Once you receive your information you can log in to the parent portal.  If you do not receive an email after 3 business days, please contact parentportal@southcountry.org or call (631) 730-1511Should you have any additional questions, please e-mail the eSchool Help Line or contact 631-730-1511.
