Students at Verne W. Critz Elementary School recently participated in an engaging and impactful workshop led by Sensei Jerry Figgiani of the East Coast Black Belt Academy. The assembly focused on promoting kindness, confidence and anti-bullying strategies. Sensei Figgiani shared age-appropriate techniques to help students recognize bullying behaviors and respond in safe, respectful and effective ways.
