  • Let's Dance - Join Coach PIrillo and his long list of videos you can follow along with to burn some calories.  No dance experience needed.  All you need to do is follow along. 
  • Just Dance - Follow along to the game Just Dance and dance like nobody's watching!
  • The Super Seven- Join Kevin Tiller in challenging yourself to 7 skill based challenges using a variety of equipment available in most gyms or at home.  
  • Phys Ed School- Join Kevin Tiller and challenge yourself using items such as scarves and noodles and more. 
  • The Kids Coach- With fitness sessions and wellness sessions, children develop core strength, flexibility, upper and lower body strength, and improve their cardio fitness. All this while having a blast with bunny hops, duck waddles, superhero squats and more.
  • Brain BItes- The Brain Bites video series teaches physical education concepts in short video bites!  In this bite, Academic vocabulary coach, Syn R. Gee focuses on the word - fitness.  
  • Superhero Battle Fitness-Mike Ginicola- Students have 10 seconds to choose which of the 2 heroes is stronger, and they step to either side of the room or area to show their choice (divide area in half with cones, rope, etc). Then another timer appears for 30 seconds along with an exercise GIF depending on which choice they made. There are 10 slides of choices.
  • Avengers Themed HIIT Workouts- Join Glenn Higgens and follow along to several different workouts from Spiderman to the Avengers!
  • Kids Quest Superhero Adventure- Join Mike Ginicola for an interactive game quest with physical activity.
  • Jump Rope Skills- These “Jump Rope skills to the Beat” are a sure fun way to learn how to jump rope. 
  • Sworkit Kids- Find a workout plan for you. These plans are designed to help you reach your fitness goals faster and simpler.
  • Go Noodle- Choose a go noodle movement video and enjoy moving along with your go noodle friends.
  • Jack Hartmann- For our younger students come join Jack in song sing along movement songs.
  • Patty Shukla- Follow along with Patty for some fun movement and sing along videos.
