Multi-factor Authentication for Outlook Mail

In order to grow our cybersecurity within the district, it has become necessary for all staff members who wish to access their e-mail while off-campus to implement multi-factor authentication (MFA).  

Participating in MFA on your personal device/Wi-Fi while outside of the workday/South Country campus devices is completely optional. However, if you decide you need to access your South Country mailbox from a device that is considered to be 'off campus', you will be required to participate in MFA. Accessing your mail while on-campus and connected to South Country Wi-Fi or wired device will remain unchanged.
