Vision
The Human Resources Office strives
to promote and develop a workplace which is guided by fair and
equitable personnel policies, where the individual members of a
culturally diverse workforce are treated fairly and humanely, and
where employees who are in need of assistance receive the
appropriate help and relief.
Mission
The mission of the South Country
Central School District Office of Human Resources is to provide fair
and equitable services to its clients within the school community,
to promote cultural and ethnic diversity within the work force, and
to provide help and support for those in need of assistance,
consistent with the policies of the Board of Education.
