Principal’s Message
We have had a great many exciting events take place over the last ten weeks of the school year. For example, BMS students on the Lego Robotics and History teams achieved first place finishes in their competitions. Further, our 7th grade Frost Valley Trip and our 8th Grade Washington D.C. trip were very successful. The life experiences that our students received while on these trips will last a lifetime. It is hard to believe that spring is here. As we prepare for the culminating events of the 2009-2010 school year, it is important we take all the steps necessary to a successful school year finale:
Quarter 3 Report Cards Quarter three is now complete. Please be sure to review your child’s report card carefully. If you have any questions or concerns regarding this report card, please contact your child’s teachers immediately. *If there are concerns of any other kind, I encourage you to contact your child’s grade level AP.
These examinations assess important threshold skill levels for each student. It is expected that all students take each part of their grade level assessments.
Quarter 4 Interim Reports Pay particular attention to this progress report. It is critical that we work together to remediate any performance issues that are identified on this report as quickly as possible.
Final Examinations *The finalized schedule will be posted on May 15th.
Reminder: Please continue to check the BMS webpage for upcoming events and other items of interest. Thank you.
