A message to Parents / Guardians

All BMS Clubs and Activity offerings for the current school year  are listed below. Please note that there are several clubs that are still pending final approval and or advisor selection. All meeting times, dates and locations are currently being finalized and will appear on our website by the end of the first week of October.  Students should listen to the daily homeroom announcements for specific information regarding these clubs. In addition, a BMS Clubs and Activities bulletin board, located just outside the East Cafe, will contain all the necessary information regarding clubs meeting times, dates, locations.

Please note that all club meetings will be held after regular school dismissal at 2:32 pm. Students who do not walk home or do not get picked up by a parent/guardian may take the 3:40 late bus home.

For the 2011/12 school year clubs may only meet on Mondays, Wednesdays or Fridays. Tuesdays and Thursdays have been designated as enrichment days when New York State exams review sessions will be held.

Extra Curricular Activities Booklet

Extra Curricular Pass

All students who would like to attend a club meeting must obtain an extracurricular pass signed by the club advisor at least a day before and signed by their parent/guardian as well before they are able to attend a club/activity meeting. An example of the pass appears below. The pass may be obtained from the advisor during homeroom. Please see the table below for the location to obtain the pass.
