When the weather forces us inside, the students enjoy participating in activities such as:
  square dancing
  basketball
  Fitness Circuit
  Project Adventure
  volleyball
  Mission Impossible
  badminton
  floor hockey
  puberty/AIDS
  line dancing

Warm weather brings us back outside for:
  lacrosse
  track and field
the grand finale of 4th and 5th grade Field Days!

The students learn basic skills for each sport which they utilize in game play.  Our staff also conducts a year long intramural program held after school.  Soccer, hockey, basketball, volleyball, and lacrosse are offered to the student body.  Flag football, blacktop badminton, track and field, and "Feelin' Fit" are enrichment courses that the students can enjoy.  Being active, being safe, and being a good sport are our goals for the Frank P. Long student body.
