Bellport High School is located on the south shore of Long Island, fifty miles east of Manhattan. It serves the communities of Bellport, Brookhaven Hamlet, East Patchogue and Medford. These communities represent a broad spectrum of socioeconomic backgrounds and ethnic groups resulting in a student population which reflects the diversity of cultural influences in our world today.

In response to the diversity of the student population, Bellport high school has a full range of Advances Placement programs as well as many academic support services.
