Pre-Payment Options
How do the prepayment options work?
Choose ONE of the THREE PREPAYMENT methods:
1. Cash deposit
given to School Cashier.
The student's confidential PIN number is required. Use a sealed envelope that includes child’s name,
teacher's name, grade and PIN number.
2. Check deposit given to School Cashier.
The student's name and PIN number should be noted on the check.
The check should be made out to
South Country Cafeteria Fund.
3. Go to www.MealpayPlus.com.
The NYS Student ID number is required. At no cost, MealPayPlus allows
any family to:
Create a free, secured account to manage all of your
child's accounts.
Check your child's current cafeteria account balance.
Monitor the pricing of items your child has been
purchasing in the cafeteria.
Create settings to receive email notifications when the
account reaches a low balance.
Other
options at MealpayPlus provide for a fee. Keep in mind
that MealpayPlus – NOT the South Country School District –
charges 4.75% per deposit to your account.
Make a
prepayment into your child's meal account using an
e-check, credit card, or debit card at www.MealpayPlus.com. Funds deposited through MealpayPlus
are usually available for student use in the lunchroom
within a matter of minutes.
Create
settings to automatically replenish your student’s
account when it reaches a low balance.

For further questions please contact Mr. Ken Catalano at 730-1590.
We would like to encourage all parents, even if you do not prepay
for your student’s meal account, to create an account at no cost
through MealpayPlus. To create a new, free account,
simply visit
www.MealpayPlus.com after October 1st, and follow the on-screen
directions to register your child using their Student ID number.
Please note, the student ID number is different from the PIN your
child will use in the cafeteria.
