Connect Ed

To enhance communications between school and home, the South Country School District uses Connect-ED, a school-to-parent telephone notification system. The Connect-Ed system allows the district to reach parents within minutes, relaying important information to support both student and school improvement, and ensuring that parents are well informed about events that may impact their child's education.

To receive these messages, it is important that the school have your up-to-date contact information. If you move, change jobs, or obtain a new cell phone number, please be sure to provide your child's school with the new contact information to avoid missing a Connect-ED message.

To further enhance the home to school communication process, in case a message was missed and to provide all district residents with access, the district will post below, a transcript of any Connect Ed messages sent.

11/9/11 BELLPORT MIDDLE SCHOOL: Please come out and join us at the Bellport Middle School on Thursday, November 10th, when the Bellport Idol competition takes place in our auditorium. The cost is $10 per ticket at the door. The lobby opens at 6 pm and the auditorium doors open at 6:30 pm. Food, concession items and t-shirts are available for sale. Thank you and we hope to see you there.

11/9/11 BELLPORT HIGH SCHOOL PTSA: Good evening... I am calling on behalf of the Bellport High School PTSA with a reminder that this month's meeting is November 10th at 7pm in the East Commons. This month’s speaker will be Mr. McIntyre, South Country’s Athletic Director. he will be speaking on NCAA requirements for your student athlete. An additional speaker will be Marian McKenna on ROTC scholarships. Please make every effort to attend.
